Raquele Williams, LCSW
Supervisor, Licensed Psychotherapist
“When we heal our inner wounds, we transform and begin to live our most fulfilling lives.”
Meet Raquele
Born and raised in Brooklyn, I carry with me a deep-rooted connection to legacy, community, and liberation. As a Black woman, a spiritual seeker, and a lifelong advocate for healing, I show up in the therapy room with humor, heart, and an unwavering respect for the human experience. My style is intuitive, grounded, and relational. I believe that softness is a strength, and healing happens when we feel truly seen.
My Therapy Style
I’m a modern, integrative, and holistic psychotherapist with over two decades of experience supporting individuals and couples across New York State. I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration. My clinical journey has included inpatient psychiatry units, community mental health clinics, college counseling centers, and private practice. Each of these experiences has shaped my trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach.
Whether you're a high achiever, a creative professional, a visionary dreamer, or someone simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I offer a space for you to slow down, reconnect, and move toward greater alignment. I have a particular passion for supporting those navigating complex trauma, grief, relationship struggles, inner critic dynamics, and questions of identity. I also work closely with men learning to balance strength with vulnerability, and with women unpacking generational burdens and patterns of overfunctioning.
“Whether you’re seeking therapy or supervision, my intention is the same: to co-create a space where you can breathe, reflect, and return to your most authentic self.”
My Supervision Style
As a clinical supervisor for over 15 years, I’ve worked with early-career clinicians across a wide range of settings, including postgraduate training programs, private practice, and community clinics. I see supervision as a sacred and collaborative space where you can grow your skills and deepen your self-awareness. My approach is warm, structured, and strengths-based. I support supervisees in finding their voice while cultivating clinical clarity and confidence.
In our work together, we’ll talk about what’s happening between you and your clients, but just as importantly, we’ll explore what’s unfolding within you. I believe your body’s signals, your emotional reactions, and your intuitive responses are vital sources of clinical insight. Supervision with me invites honesty, curiosity, and presence. If you are culturally humble, deeply committed to healing work, and open to growth and feedback, we’ll likely work well together

I feel most attuned to clients navigating complex trauma, relationship struggles, grief, identity shifts, and inner critic dynamics. I love working with entrepreneurs, creatives, and individuals who feel lost, stuck, or alone—those longing to reconnect with their authentic selves and feel more motivated, holistic, and aligned. My style is intuitive, warm, and deeply relational.
I also love working with men who are navigating the tension between strength and vulnerability, responsibility and emotional honesty. Many of the men I work with are high-functioning but emotionally isolated, unsure how to share what’s really going on inside. Our work often focuses on permission, language, and healing.
Likewise, I work closely with women who are exhausted from overfunctioning, people-pleasing, or carrying family burdens. Together, we explore how to release the weight of old roles and step into a fuller, freer self.
My Brooklyn roots, Black cultural lineage, and lifelong spiritual curiosity shape how I show up in the room: grounded, compassionate, humorous, and attuned to survival and softness.
