Meet Alyssa Digges, Mental Health Counselor
I help create a warm and seamless experience for everyone who reaches out to our practice. I coordinate communication, support our team, and make sure prospective clients feel cared for from their very first contact. My goal is to make the logistical side of therapy feel as stress-free and welcoming as possible.
I’m a master s-level mental health counselor with a background in supporting individuals through life transitions, creative challenges, and emotional growth. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School and a master’s degree in Educational Theatre from New York University.
My background in both the arts and mental health counseling gives me a unique ability to combine warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness, ensuring that every interaction reflects Insights’s commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
I’ll be joining Insight as a psychotherapist pending New York State Education Department approval of my limited permit. Once that process is complete, I’ll begin offering individual therapy under supervision.
