Dr. Logan Jones, Psy.D
Director, Clinical Psychologist
“You may have forgotten, but everything you need is already inside of you.”
Meet Dr. Logan Jones
Dr. Logan Jones is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of Insight Psychology Practice, a group committed to delivering insurance-based care that’s warm, ethical, and clinically sound. After nearly two decades of experience as a therapist, supervisor, and founder of the high-end Clarity Therapy NYC, Logan launched Insight with a simple but radical belief: people deserve access to thoughtful, evidence-based therapy that doesn’t sacrifice beauty, space, or soul.
Insight was born out of the tension Logan saw in New York’s mental health landscape, between clinics that felt impersonal and private practices that were out of financial reach. By building a supervised model rooted in trust, collaboration, and reflective practice, Logan has created a space where early-career therapists can grow, and where clients can access care that is both affordable and exceptional.
Logan brings deep expertise in psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and self-psychology, as well as a longstanding passion for working with high-functioning adults who are exhausted by the weight of perfectionism, emotional isolation, and never feeling “enough.” Whether he’s mentoring clinicians, writing, or sitting with a client, his focus is the same: helping people remember who they are, reclaim what they need, and move forward with more clarity and ease.
When he’s not leading the Insight team or facilitating professional development seminars, Logan is working to elevate the voices of therapists and wellness providers across his ecosystem of practices.
“Insight was created to offer what so many people have been searching for: therapy that’s accessible, honest, and deeply human.”
In his role as Head of Practice, Logan offers supervision that’s thoughtful, transparent, and rooted in ethical care. He’s passionate about mentoring early-career therapists, particularly LMSWs and limited permit holders, and he structures supervision in a way that’s both developmentally appropriate and clinically rigorous. He encourages curiosity, self-reflection, and accountability, inviting therapists to explore not just what they’re doing in the room, but how they’re showing up. His goal is to help therapists build sustainable careers grounded in integrity, clarity, and presence.
Insight was built to support this model: clients receive meaningful therapy, and therapists receive meaningful supervision. It’s a space where neither party is shortchanged, where supervision isn’t an afterthought, and where therapy is allowed to be both accessible and excellent.
