Compensation: $60-80 per session to start, with increases and additional options based on growth metrics.

Position Summary

We are seeking LMSWs who are looking to develop their clinical voice in a supportive, mission-driven environment. This role is structured to help LMSWs earn clinical hours toward LCSW licensure in alignment with New York State Office of the Professions requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent caseload of 25 weekly therapy sessions.

  • Participate in weekly individual supervision and/or group supervision led by experienced LCSWs.

  • Complete documentation in a timely manner that meets clinical and ethical standards.

  • Engage thoughtfully in clinical discussions and supervision.

  • Contribute to a team culture rooted in openness, equity, and mutual respect.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Active LMSW license in New York State.

  • Eligibility and commitment to pursue LCSW licensure.

  • Demonstrated interest in depth-oriented, collaborative clinical work.

  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Commitment to working with diverse populations from an affirming and culturally responsive framework.

Work Schedule and Environment

  • Full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling.

  • Hybrid, remote, or in-person schedules supported.

  • For in-person clinicians, access to a beautifully curated Fifth Avenue office with private suites, a therapist lounge, and full administrative support.

  • For remote clinicians, full virtual support provided to maintain continuity of care and practice flow.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A higher-than-average fee-for-service rate for LMSWs in NYC: $60 to $70 per session to start, with increases and additional options based on growth metrics.

  • W-2 employment status for compliance and ease.

  • Clinical supervision provided to meet licensing requirements.

Salary Disclosure

In compliance with the New York City Salary Transparency Law, we are providing a good-faith salary range for this full-time position. Actual compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, licensure, education, and qualifications.
