Position Summary

We are hiring MHC-LPs who are interested in completing their clinical hours for licensure in a warm, collaborative, and purpose-driven group practice. This role is designed to support your development toward full LMHC licensure in New York State while helping you build a caseload that reflects your strengths, interests, and values.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent caseload of approximately 25 therapy sessions per week.

  • Attend weekly individual supervision and group supervision with licensed mental health professionals.

  • Complete clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

  • Engage in practice-wide communication and contribute to our collaborative team culture.

  • Coordinate care as needed with administrative staff and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

  • Eligibility for a Limited Permit in Mental Health Counseling in New York State.

  • Interest in working full-time in a private practice setting.

  • Commitment to culturally responsive, affirming care.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and clinical curiosity.

  • Willingness to grow within a community-oriented practice.

Work Schedule and Environment

  • Full-time position with flexibility to work in-person, remotely, or on a hybrid schedule.

  • For in-person clinicians: assigned hours in our Fifth Avenue boutique office, including access to private therapy rooms, a therapist lounge, and a fully stocked kitchen.

  • For remote clinicians: autonomy to structure your schedule with full administrative support.

  • Supervision and clinical support designed to meet all licensure requirements while maintaining work-life balance.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive per-session compensation for MHC-LPs: $60-70 per session to start, with increases and additional options based on growth metrics.
