About Us

Insight Psychology Practice is a boutique psychotherapy group based in New York City. We are committed to offering clients thoughtful, high-quality care, while supporting early-career clinicians in building a sustainable and meaningful path toward licensure. We operate with clarity, compassion, and an investment in both personal and professional growth for both for clients and clinicians. Whether you're just starting or looking to build on a foundation of experience, we provide consistent referrals, strong supervision, and the kind of structure that helps you thrive without losing your voice.

Position Summary

We are seeking Postdoctoral Psychologists to join our team in providing clinical and counseling psychology services, with optional opportunities for neuropsychological evaluation. This role is ideal for early-career psychologists who are looking to complete their postdoctoral training within a thoughtful, supportive practice. Our mission is to make the practice of psychotherapy joyful, with a “clinicians first” approach that values autonomy, connection, and meaning.

We are looking for psychologists who are eager to grow within an inclusive and modern group practice. Ideal candidates are clinically curious, relationally grounded, and invested in delivering excellent care. You value the freedom to shape your own style of work while contributing to a collaborative and purpose-driven team. You may be drawn to entrepreneurial thinking, enjoy refining systems that support the client experience, and want your clinical work to reflect your deeper values, both in and outside the therapy room.

You approach therapy from a humanistic and strengths-based lens, centering insight, depth, and healing over symptom reduction alone. You are excited by the idea of building a caseload with intention, while receiving hands-on support from a team that cares about your development and well-being.
